Qualifications:

Diploma and above in Accounting, Customer Service, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, providing information and directing them as needed. Support students by addressing inquiries about courses, programs, and enrollment procedures.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and inquiries.
Manage office facilities to ensure cleanliness and coordinate maintenance requests.
Perform general office administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and tactfully.
Collaborate with team members across departments to maintain cohesive operations.
Qualifications:
• Diploma and above in Accounting, Customer Service, or related fields.
